UNT Dallas, North Texas Food Bank Host Mobile Food Pantry Friday – NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth

The University of North Texas at Dallas and the North Texas Food Bank are working together to bring a mobile pantry with drive through to campus on Friday.

The mobile food pantry event takes place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

According to UNT, the free drive-through service will be available to all community members in need of grocery assistance.

Attendees are required to fill out an admissions form while staying in their cars, and UNT Dallas volunteers load a box of groceries into the trunk of the vehicle and lock it securely.

UNT Dallas Police officers will direct the flow of traffic entering and exiting the Dallas campus at 7300 University Hills Boulevard.

UNT Dallas Mobile Food Pantry Events take place every third Thursday of the month from 9 a.m. to noon or when food runs out.
