The kiosks offer the guest a seamless experience and offer a digital option for quick and efficient check-in. The in-lobby experience works side-by-side with Virgin Hotels’ Lucy Hotels mobile application, so guests can choose where to check-in, on the go or at the kiosk.

When guests arrive at a Virgin hotel, they can access their reservation through Virdee Identity, which uses advanced biometric solutions or two-factor authentication. From there, they can submit payments, sign terms and conditions, and submit special requests. Remote assistance is available at the push of a button, and the guest can quickly leave the kiosk with a physical key to access their guest room.
The check-in experience is even more powerful for members of Virgin Hotels’ loyalty and preference program – The Know – as the Virdee receptionist automatically matches and retrieves guest information. For guests who are not yet a member of The Know, Virdee offers a simple, elegant login experience to convert more guests than traditional paper or telephone processes.
