In honor of Black Business Month, Legacy West Shopping Center in Plano will host pop-up shops of various black-owned shops every Thursday through Sunday, August 12-29, giving shoppers the option of local vendors support. The range includes Just M Case (face masks and PPE), Artistry of Essential Oils (essential oils), House of Dasha (women’s fashion in sizes Small-3X), TuffBaby’s Organic Essentials (natural healing products), Aubri Jaiel Beauty (healthy skin care), and much more. Australia’s famous Bondi Beach-based brand, founded by designer and artist Camilla Franks, is ready to showcase their bespoke bohemian pieces in Dallas. They opened their first Texas office at the NorthPark Center in Dallas. The range includes women’s, men’s and children’s fashion, swimwear and accessories. There is also a small house collection. The new boutique is on level one near Nordstrom and next to Psycho Bunny.

The Dallas-based lifestyle and children’s clothing brand, headed by Catalina Gonzalez, has launched a unique collection just in time for school. The Dondolo Gives Collection benefits the Ashford Rise School of Dallas, whose goal is to provide high quality early childhood education services to children with and without disabilities in an inclusive setting. Stay at the Dignity Thrift Studio

Those with a passion for philanthropy and interior design look forward to this pop-up all year round. The almost month-long event is the perfect time to buy a variety of vignettes put together by prominent local designers. The proceeds will go to Dwell with Dignity, which design helps families with children escape poverty and homelessness. Knox Street Pop-Up Park Event

Dallasites are invited to give back on Saturday August 21st by participating in this pop-up park event in partnership with Dallas Community Partners. Night markets in Uptown

McKinney & Olive is launching a new monthly market on August 13th that is sure to be a great time in the outside plaza. Attendees can shop for stalls filled with locally made goods while enjoying food and drink, live music, and lawn games. This free event runs from 6pm to 10pm and all ages are welcome.
