WPUR IR introductory letter emailed earlier today:

Hello and welcome to WPUR

Thank you for registering on the WatperPure International, Inc. (WPUR) website. We regularly send updates to everyone who signs up.

WPUR is a company that has been in the water technology business for some time. Like many companies in the early stages, WPUR needs investment capital to finance its concepts for sustainable operation. WPUR struggled 10 years ago to continuously find the necessary investment capital and the ongoing advancement of its water technology has been put on hold due to new investment opportunities.

Recently, a new investor discovered the company and felt that WPUR fits in with the investor’s existing efforts. The investor funded a business resumption under the direction of an interim CEO, Sean Mathis, a practicing attorney based in Dallas, Texas.

In addition to developing and installing water technologies to make water utility operations more efficient and sustainable, WPUR will also develop technologies for running electricity utility companies.

The water technology initiatives come from the intellectual property that WPUR’s legacy business brings with it. The electrical engineering initiatives come from intellectual property that the investor brings with them.

In cooperation with the Institute for Water and Electrical Engineering, WPUR will make three acquisitions in December. One in the field of water technologies. One in the field of electrical technologies and one that gives the company an operational presence in East Africa, where we plan to install and further develop technologies for later global scaling.

Acquiring water technology is a proprietary method of disinfecting water. The acquisition of electrical technology is an off-grid charging solution for electric vehicles. The takeover in East Africa will not only bring existing companies, but also talent. Dr. Randell Torno, the current CEO of Alternet Systems, Inc. (ALYI) (OTC Pink: ALYI) is the majority shareholder of the East African company and intends to join the WPUR board of directors in connection with the transaction. Dr. With the acquisition of East Africa, Torno also brings an initiative to expand energy-efficient cryptocurrency mining in Africa.

My name is Peter Pride, and I am responsible for shareholder communications, along with other business development tasks. I look forward to your feedback and answer your questions.

Thanks very much,
Peter
