AECOM is the sixth Fortune 500 company to have headquarters relocated to Dallas-Fort Worth commercial real estate company CBRE in the past six years.

“It’s a big deal and we’re excited about it,” said Dale Petroskey, President and CEO of the Dallas Regional Chamber, in an interview with the Dallas Business Journal.

“It’s a big infrastructure company, and that now gives us three big infrastructure companies in the Dallas area: Fluor, Jacobs, and AECOM,” said Petroskey of doing business in Texas, and so we’re just excited. It is a great asset for our region. “
