American Airlines requires that all U.S. employees be vaccinated against COVID-19. as part of his qualification as a government contractor, reports WFAA. A regular test alternative is not offered. “While we are still working on the details of the state requirements, it is clear that team members who choose not to stay vaccinated cannot work for American Airlines,” said a memo written by Chairman and CEO Doug Parker and President Robert Isom was signed.
