Previously, Mr. Harris held executive positions at a dozen private equity backed companies, serving clients across the country and around the world. He has worked for an interpreting service that offers more than 200 languages to serve leading health organizations, the largest nationwide adult medical provider, hospital company, and the largest US hospice care organization. He has a BA of Northwestern University and a JD from Harvard Law School.

The scope of his leadership included several acquisitions and the successful sale of a company. Mr. Bumpass holds a BBA in Accounting and a Master of Accounting from Abilene Christian University.
These three new leaders join the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Carla Dillardwho oversees the clinical and operational components of the services provided by DIT. As the company’s longest-serving employee, Carla started working as a nurse at DIT in 2005 shortly after it was founded and brings a wealth of institutional knowledge and experience to her role. Before joining DIT, Carla worked as a registered nurse in acute emergency and intensive care units. Carla received her MSN and BSN from the University of Texas at Arlington College of Nursing, your ADN from Collin Community College of Nursing and is Board Certified in Vascular Access (VABC) by the Vascular Access Certification Corporation.
