New Mixed Use Project to bring $ 14 million entertainment and apartment building to US 380 in McKinney
The project is a proposed 500,000 square foot retail, restaurant and entertainment destination on the southeast corner of US 380 and Custer Road in McKinney, according to information from De La Vega Capital Development, which oversees the project.
Frisco is increasing its water, sewage and waste quotas
The rate increases are necessary to meet debt service payments related to the Panther Creek and Stewart Creek wastewater treatment plants, according to Treasury Manager Brett Peterson.
