Oak Distribution South announces a new packaging distribution center in Dallas, Texas that is now operational.
DALLAS, TEXAS, USA, September 3, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ – Oak Distribution South has announced a new distribution center in Dallas, Texas that is now operational. This is the sixth distribution location (Los Angeles, Santa Fe Springs, San Luis Obispo, a brand new building in Vacaville, California, and Miami Florida) alongside every other facet of the Oak Paper Products Company. Oak Distribution also has manufacturing facilities in Santa Fe Springs, Cerritos, and Reno Nevada. With this new location, the company now has more than one million square meters of storage and production space.
The 175,000 square foot warehouse is located at 2301 W Commerce Street, 75212 Dallas Texas. Oak Distribution South, Inc. will serve all local and regional distributors in the DFW market where the packaging supply chain needs additional products and services in this fast growing area Market.

The anticipated first orders will be shipped on September 1st, 2021 in conjunction with a brand new, state-of-the-art website and ordering platform that will launch at the end of the year. Support for distributors includes warehouse pickup with a two-hour window, local delivery, parcel and LTL shipments, and technology support, including EDI and other product-specific support.
Oak Paper Products was founded by Jack Bernstein in 1946 after moving from Chicago to Los Angeles in the late 1930s, where he worked in the packaging business. The company started selling job lot boxes with 5 employees and an 11,000 square meter warehouse. The story of the job lot business continues to this day and is now a family business in the fourth generation. The second generation, Max Weissberg and Richard Seff, entered the business in 1970 and are still often in the office today! The third generation joined the company in later years, David Weissberg started in 1982 and Randy Seff started in 1995. The last and fourth generation, Jake Weissberg, started the company in 2013, and Spencer Weissberg will open our Dallas site in 2021.
Oak Distribution South conducts the wholesale distribution of packaging and cleaning products and sells only to qualified dealers. As a packaging master distributor, Oak Distribution stores thousands of items in strategically located distribution centers so that distributors can benefit from extensive inventory when needed.
Oak Paper Products has a proud history of private ownership. Expansion into the Texan market will allow the company to continue serving customers nationally with both industrial warehouse packaging products and an extensive range of out-of-stock / custom products to meet customers’ business needs.
