21-year-old man last seen in Buckner Terrace found safe, police say

Updated at 6 p.m .: Javier Ruiz Martinez was found safe, the police said.

Original post: Dallas Police are seeking help from the public in locating a missing man last seen in the Buckner Terrace neighborhood.

Javier Ruiz Martinez, 21, was last seen around 9 p.m. on Saturday at the 4600 block of St. Francis Avenue near South Buckner Boulevard. He has an intellectual disability and may be confused and need help, police said.

Martinez is Hispanic, about 5 feet-5 and 190 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call the police at 214-671-4268 or 911.
