- The families affected by the gas explosion in Oak rocks Apartment complex on Wednesday received a helping hand from their local community. Affected residents could get food and water free of charge Mount Tabor Baptist Church this weekend, and all available supplies were picked up in just a few hours. Hundreds of people have been displaced between the 28 residents of the exploded building and evacuated residents of neighboring buildings and will remain in hotels for the time being. - Popular Dallas personal trainer John Nance Benton from Flower hill was arrested last week and charged with invasive recordings. Court records show allegations that Benton, 41, took pictures in a bathroom or locker room last year. He became from the Denton County Jail on a $ 20,000 bond but immediately announced on Instagram that he was retiring from his business. (NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth)
- A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run accident 900 block from Morocco Avenue in Dallas this weekend. The police are currently investigating. (FOX 4 Dallas)
