Turkish Airlines Adds Dallas Fort Worth to its Network
Turkish Airlines, which flies to more countries than any other airline, will open its 11th US gateway in Dallas Fort Worth, Texas on Friday, September 24, 2021.
The global airline will fly four times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday) between Istanbul and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
With its centrally located hub at the new Istanbul Airport, which will be the largest in the world when completed, Turkish Airlines flies to 326 destinations in 127 countries on five continents and is strategically positioned to reach more than 60 destinations within three hours of flight from Istanbul Gateway. The Dallas Fort Worth, Texas gateway is the airline’s 327th destination and Turkish Airlines’s second gateway in the Lone Star State after Houston, Texas.
The first flight TK191 is expected to take off from Istanbul Airport (IST) at 2:10 p.m. local time on September 24, 2021 and arrive at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) at 6:55 p.m. local time. The first Turkish Airlines flight from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), flight TK192, will take off at 8:25 p.m. that evening and land at Istanbul Airport (IST) on September 25, 2021 at 3:50 p.m. local time.
